What's included each month
- 7 hours of support, including 4 in-person hours, within the scope of our services
- A monthly check-in on open items and upcoming deadlines
- Coordination of renewals and everyday paperwork, with documents you sign yourself; legal questions go to a licensed lawyer
- Arranging tradespeople, household help, reservations and appointments
What's not included
- Legal, tax and medical advice: licensed professionals, paid directly by you
- Third-party costs: tradespeople, staff, tickets and travel, paid directly by you
- Personal assistant work and requests outside our services: we can suggest another provider
- Requests that are illegal or unethical: declined
How it works
- Starts when your Family Arrival or Executive Arrival ends or, if you already live in Paris, on the date in your signed proposal.
- Send requests by message. We confirm the scope and the time needed before starting anything sizable.
- Each month, you get a short summary of hours used and items still open.
Price and terms
From €1,800 per month including VAT (€1,500 excluding VAT)
Additional time is €180 per hour including VAT (€150 excluding VAT), only with your approval first.

- Unused hours do not carry over.
- In-person hours take place on weekdays during the day. In August, we support you remotely and respond to urgent matters.
- Paris and Île-de-France. Travel elsewhere is reviewed case by case, on written terms.
- Cancellation and renewal terms are set out in writing before you sign anything.

We do not promise that every request can be met. When one cannot, we tell you and suggest an alternative where we can.
