I am Perla, co-founder of Arrive Well Concierge. I have lived in France since 2004, and I am raising a Franco-American family in Paris.
I know the city's neighborhoods, homes and schools from the inside, and what makes a place feel like home to a family. For me, a successful move is one that feels calm, comfortable and personal, down to the smallest detail.

I spent 10 years in sales and team leadership at multinational companies, and I have built my own businesses in real estate and interior design in Paris. I am also an interior designer. Fluent in English, French and Arabic, I want every client to feel understood from the very first conversation.
With families, I lead on children and schools and on pre-arrival checks, and I do a final practical check of the home, which is not a technical inspection. A licensed real estate agent handles the property search, negotiation and lease. I am the contact for Arabic-speaking clients.
Christelle Wouendji

I am Christelle, co-founder of Arrive Well Concierge. With 15 years of experience in fast-paced, high-expectation environments at prestigious American companies, I know that settling in a new city is not only about logistics. It is about trust, comfort and peace of mind.
I coordinate town hall and residence-permit logistics and enrollments, welcome clients on arrival, and review administrative documents before they go out. I speak French and English.

We bring careful coordination and a working knowledge of French administration. From your first steps in Paris to your everyday needs, we work with precision and discretion.
Paris should be experienced as a privilege, not a challenge. At Arrive Well, we work so that you don't just arrive: you arrive well.
What we do, and what we leave to licensed professionals
We coordinate, prepare and follow up: your plan, your calendar, your documents and your appointments. You sign your own documents and keep control of your accounts.
Legal, immigration, tax, financial and medical advice is provided directly by the relevant licensed professional, selected and paid by you. For some services, such as the home search, we receive a commission from the agent or partner, paid out of the fee you pay them. We charge you nothing on top for it, and we confirm it in writing before you sign. We never take two commissions on the same service, and we tell you when a company linked to us is involved.
