What a relocation to Paris usually involves

  1. Before you leave: a plan and budget, the right professionals for visa and tax questions, and your documents.
  2. Your home: temporary housing, then a rental file prepared for French landlords, with a licensed real estate agent handling the search and the lease.
  3. Your first weeks: bank, phone, utilities, social security and health insurance.
  4. Daily life: English-speaking doctors, household help and the paperwork that keeps coming.

What we do

We coordinate, prepare and follow up: your plan, your calendar, your documents and your appointments. You get a written record of who does what, by when, and a reply by the next working day.

What licensed professionals do

Immigration lawyers, tax advisors, notaries and real estate agents advise you and act in their own field. You choose them and pay them directly. When a real estate agent handles your home search, the agent pays us part of the fee you pay them. We charge you nothing on top for it, and we confirm it in writing before you sign.

Which offer fits

The Arrival Blueprint if you want a plan first. Family Arrival with children. Executive Arrival without. Corporate Arrival for HR teams. Stay Well if you already live in Paris.

Executive Arrival from €9,600 including VAT (€8,000 excluding VAT) and Family Arrival from €18,000 including VAT (€15,000 excluding VAT). How early should I contact you?

At least 2 months before you arrive. Families should contact us earlier, because school applications often open months ahead.

Do you handle my visa?

We coordinate the logistics: appointments, calendar and documents from the list your immigration lawyer provides. Advice about your visa comes from the lawyer. We do not promise a visa: that decision belongs to the authorities.
